The Jackson County Schools Wellness Center will be offering FREE sports physicals for all middle and high school students from May 1st through June 11th, 2026. The physicals will need to be scheduled; however, parents/guardians do not need to be present if their child has the sports physical form already signed by their parent or guardian and has an updated enrollment form on file at the wellness center. You may call the Jackson County School Wellness Center at 304-372-7341 to schedule an appointment.
