Attention 6th-grade parents and guardians,

Sixth graders have two immunizations required to enter 7th grade: the Tdap and meningitis vaccines. If you wish for the Jackson County Wellness Center to administer these 7th-grade immunizations during the school day, please return the enrollment form that was sent home earlier this week before April 28th! If you need another form, please contact Nurse Libby.
